Office massage, also known as corporate massage, can be conveniently conducted right at one’s desk, without the use of oils and performed over clothing. It’s adaptable even to small spaces available in the office.

When staff find themselves sitting all day, hunched over desks and experiencing the onset of pain in back, neck or shoulders, a chair massage might be the perfect solution. 

Typically organisations will choose 15 minutes, 20 minutes or 30 minutes per staff member.

For each organisation, one person from your organisation will be assigned the role of coordinator, and will arrange the time slots.  The minimum required space is an area 6ft by 6ft.  This can be in a separate room, board room for example or on existing office floor space.

Before the first massage staff can complete a medical consent form & bring it with them to first appointment. The form can emailed prior to my visit for completion.
